The collectible framed ornament is  a beautiful photo-etched base with screen printed color detail depitcing a softly colored snow scene painted on a relief of the West Front of the Capitol with a Christmas tree nestled in the foreground. The center medallion is crafted from marble from the East Front stairs. The marble is crushed into a fine powder and mixed with resin for molding. Three inches diameter. Gift boxed with provenance card.
